1. Services Provided

White Roofing Services Ltd provides professional roofing, insulation, and drone survey solutions. All projects are governed by a written estimate and terms of contract agreed upon prior to project commencement.

2. Estimates and Cost Projections

Any cost calculations or guide figures listed on this site are indicative. A detailed written quote following an on-site inspection is required for a binding estimate.

3. Structural Access & Scaffold Requirements

We coordinate scaffolding and access requirements as specified in the agreed quote. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary neighbor permission if scaffold structures overlap property lines.

4. Liabilities & Warranties

All complete re-roofing projects carry insurance-backed workmanship guarantees. We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing internal rafters, dampness, or structural shifts not explicitly covered in our contract scope.
