A signed roofing contract may be cancelled by the client within fourteen (14) calendar days of agreement, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Notice must be submitted in writing to whiteroofingservices@hotmail.co.uk. If site-specific custom fabrications (such as standing seam zinc or special color tiles) have already been ordered or custom-cut, cost recovery exclusions will apply.
We ask for at least 48 hours of notice for modifying or cancelling a scheduled site survey or drone roof survey. This helps our survey crews manage their travel routes across the Cambridgeshire service radius.
White Roofing Services Ltd stands behind our craft. We provide structural workmanship guarantees on all complete re-roofing projects. If any defects arise, we will inspect and repair the issue promptly.
If a contract is cancelled after the fourteen-day grace period, and materials have been ordered and delivered, the client is subject to material restocking fees charged by our local supply yards.
